Graduation Fees

The registration period commences from Tuesday, 13 October 2026. The closing date for the registration is Tuesday, 20 October 2026.

Guest

  • Auditorium 1, Level 7 (maximum two (2) parents/guests) at RM 100.00 (USD 27.00) per person which includes refreshments.
  • Auditorium 2, Level 6 (Live Broadcast Hall) to view the graduation ceremony via live Broadcast at RM 70.00 (USD 19.00) per person which includes refreshments.

Graduate

  • Rental of robe set
  • Stage photograph : (1 copy of 11R & 8R)
  • Refreshments
  • RM 380.00 (USD 100.00)

    Deposit

    You will be required to pay a deposit of RM 250.00 (USD 66.00) which is refundable upon the return of the entire set of graduation robes.

    Cancellation Policy

    1) Cancellation of graduation registration/guest tickets must be informed to graduation@apu.edu.my latest by 18 November 2026. For any cancellation made after 18 November 2026, there will be no refund except for the robe deposit.
    2) All refund requests will be processed through bank transfer from 30 December 2026 onwards.
    3) Please note that fees paid are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
    4) When requesting for cancellation, please provide us with your bank details as follows.
